Spectacle Island, With Stunning Ocean View

Located just a few minutes by boat off the coast of Indian Point in the treasured waters of Mahone Bay, and sheltered by neighbouring islands, Spectacle Island is a welcomed sanctuary. The elongated shape of the 9+ acres is wooded at both ends, with a cleared centre area and, of course, framed with a sandy/pebble beach.

The cluster of cabins were designed and built in 2012 and 2013 to replicate the traditional fish stores which were once common structures in the area. The main cabin (living room, kitchen, dining, sleeping), two sleeping cabins and a storage/utility cabin, are all arranged on an elevated 60’ x 60’ deck with commanding ocean views in every direction.

The area is renowned for the best sailing on the Eastern Seaboard.
