The Eham joinery was in charge of the interior fit-out. Michel Bäder was responsible for the bathroom and wellness areas. Today, the villa shines in the splendor of its historic appearance with a reconstructed new roof and a penthouse, the likes of which can only be found once in Munich’s city center.
