The entire villa was completely renovated, including all of the ancillary facilities and the beautiful grounds, in accordance with the requirements of the preservation order. The Eham joinery was in charge of the interior fit-out. Michel Bäder was responsible for the bathroom and wellness areas. Today, the villa shines in the splendor of its historic appearance with a reconstructed new roof and a penthouse, the likes of which can only be found once in Munich’s city center.
